It still counts right?!?

Ok, so thanks to a high stress, high emotional weekend, and a bout with the stomach flu, my weight did .....a little yo-yo ing this week. I actually lost four pounds (YAY!!) but gained two back.... freak!!! But I figure I still lost two pounds right?!?! Ok, so that's kinda cheating I know, but on the plus side, I felt like crap, so I didn't munch nearly as much as I normally do, and I think that I got over my munching habit! (for this week...) I also tried to walk as much as I could, but when you have to stay within a 10 feet radius of the bathroom that's kinda hard, and my son wasn't up to leaving the house.... I know crappy mom, don't use the kid as an excuse... I promise I will do better this week. I feel like my clothes are fitting better, but I am so darn flabby!! this weeks goal is to TONE BABY TONE!!! If I can get back into my pilates routine I know that will help with my relief society arms, and my jelly belly. If anyone has any other ideas I would love to hear them!
