Ok, so thanks to a high stress, high emotional weekend, and a bout with the stomach flu, my weight did .....a little yo-yo ing this week. I actually lost four pounds (YAY!!) but gained two back.... freak!!! But I figure I still lost two pounds right?!?! Ok, so that's kinda cheating I know, but on the plus side, I felt like crap, so I didn't munch nearly as much as I normally do, and I think that I got over my munching habit! (for this week...) I also tried to walk as much as I could, but when you have to stay within a 10 feet radius of the bathroom that's kinda hard, and my son wasn't up to leaving the house.... I know crappy mom, don't use the kid as an excuse... I promise I will do better this week. I feel like my clothes are fitting better, but I am so darn flabby!! this weeks goal is to TONE BABY TONE!!! If I can get back into my pilates routine I know that will help with my relief society arms, and my jelly belly. If anyone has any other ideas I would love to hear them!

Even Steven
Well, I didn't loose any weight this week, but I didn't gain any either so I consider this week a success (it was fair week you know!). I only made it to the gym 2 times this week (plus 5 hours of walking around the fair) and it's starting to hit me how much work it will be to loose this. But it's been in the back of my head on those days when I didn't want to go to the gym, that I knew I would be posting about it! So far I think this crazy idea is going to be effective=) I'm finding it hard to find low carb breakfasts. I love eggs, but they're getting old quick. Any ideas?

Lacie's Goals
2. Take Ridge for a walk at least 4 nights a week. I have killer hills in my area, so this is good!
3. I wanna get rid of my muffin top!
4. Lose all my baby weight by Ridges 1st b-day! 15 lbs to go in 5 months, that's achievable right?!?!
5. Like Leslie, I wanna drink more H20, I figure if I drink water when I usually munch I will get my quota!!

Our Plan!
Our plan for this blog is motivate us to loose that baby weight by announcing it to the world! For some of us, being in the fish bowl for everyone to watch keeps up motivated, so we are hoping to have a lot of support and any ideas are encouraged!
