Even Steven

Well, I didn't loose any weight this week, but I didn't gain any either so I consider this week a success (it was fair week you know!). I only made it to the gym 2 times this week (plus 5 hours of walking around the fair) and it's starting to hit me how much work it will be to loose this. But it's been in the back of my head on those days when I didn't want to go to the gym, that I knew I would be posting about it! So far I think this crazy idea is going to be effective=) I'm finding it hard to find low carb breakfasts. I love eggs, but they're getting old quick. Any ideas?

  1. low carb yogurt has been good for me this week. Helped with my stomach, and its not too bad tasting!!!
